Robert Pelland and Leslie Lattimore Residence...Traditional Meets Modern

Robert Pelland and Leslie Lattimore moved recently from Toronto to their beautiful property at Hacienda San Joaquin.

Their 1.4 acre estate features their stunning main house, detached garages and workroom with a guest apartment above, multi-flowered and brick-paved courtyard, beautiful swimming pool and waterfall, and zillion-dollar views of the Andes Mountains.

The home, a blend of traditional elements with modern conveniences, was designed by yours truly working closely with Robert and Leslie. The interior decorating was done beautifully by Leslie. My assistant, architect Sebastian Mena, oversaw construction which was managed by maestro Jose Yaure.

There is beauty everyone in this home. It was difficult to limit the photos to those that are attached.
