SUNRISE (hotel) at Hacienda San Joaquin...update

Construction of our hotel, Sunrise at Hacienda San Joaquin, is on schedule. The first photo was taken shortly after construction began.

The large roof trusses were erected by hand and pulley! No crane was used. Work continues on the roof structure.

All of the concrete in this structure was mixed by hand and small concrete mixers!

Attractive and beautifully furnished two-bedroom two-bath villas where guests will stay - in addition to the hotel rooms - will surround the hotel, have spectacular views, and be available for purchase as income-producing properties.
